Appointment time is the start time of your service . Please arrive a few minutes early with clean lashes . If there`s makeup or any other build up on your lashes we`ll be spending extra time to clean them that will come out of  the service time. The extensions will not bond properly and excessive fall out is likely that I won`t be responsible for. 

I don`t charge a late fee however in the event we cannot start on time  scheduled service price will still be charged  .

Please reschedule or cancel 24 hours before the appointment. Same day cancellation will result in 75 % deposit and  is non transferable. No call/ no shows will require 100% deposit  for future appointment.  

No children or pets please. I am responsible for your safety and comfort during your service also distractions for either one of us will disrupt the flow of the service as well as the desired results.  No exceptions ~ service will be rescheduled .

Eyelash extension application is extremely tedious and there are several factors why a quick set or fill is not recommended nor beneficial. Natural lash health and maintaining a desired  full look at all times requires customized approach. Ladies with oily skin or active lifestyle as well as having to go through menopause  will likely to experience more lash loss (more frequent fills). Speaking from experience having adequate  time will guarantee the proper prep and application that are the most important steps for best retention therefore it eliminates frustration on both sides  :) 

Usually  there`s a significant price difference between full sets and fills .  Most of the time fills are just as much work if not more to get you back to a full set  so I`ve decided to add extra time to each fill while lowered the price of the initial set  this way the time and cost of services are more proportioned . Quality work is never rushed neither is  a " bargain "  . I do guarantee and  take pride  in my work that stands out in this extremely highly competitive  industry.

I recommend a patch test ( some short extensions are applied to one eye)  first . No refund due to allergies. 

 Please go to "book appointment " on the website or Instagram. Availability is visible to anyone . Credit card is required to reserve an appointment. First time customers need approval of appointment thereafter  appointments will be automatically accepted unless history indicates no-shows. 
 It is the customer`s responsibility to set up the appointment. If you do not receive a confirmation email / text you do not have an appointment. Requests via social media will not ensure reservations. I am hands-on 10 a.m. - 7 p.m. Wednesday-Saturday and cannot respond to messages or calls. I am respectful of appointment durations and will not interrupt them .
